  • Lecidea fuscoatra, example species. On siliceous rocks (Grauwacke, upper image and sandstone, lower image); common. Thallus areolate-cracked, brown to grey; apothecia black or grey (when pruinose); margins inconspicuous, later disappearing. Thallus K-, C- (or red), KC+ red, Pd-.
